The Role
To cope with our business growth, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant (Contract) to join our Hong Kong team. The successful candidate will be responsible for general office administrative duties.
Responsibilities
• | Handle general clerical and administrative duty; |
• | Handle office resources procurement in cost-effective way; |
• | Plan, manage, and execute IT projects |
• | Perform general reception duties including answering telephone calls, guest greeting, coordinating postal delivery and courier services; |
• | Assist to organize company functions and activities; |
• | Coordinate travel arrangements, visa applications; |
• | Occasional outdoor work may be required such as mailing, cheque deposit, document collection and delivery; |
• | Handling ad-hoc assignments as required; |
Requirements
• | Degree in Computer Science or equivalent |
• | At least 5 years of relevant working experience |
• | Solid experience in system operation and support, such as Windows/Linux Server, AD, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, SQL Server, VMWare, M365, and Azure Cloud |
• | Knowledge in shell scripting and holder of Cisco / Microsoft / Azure certification is an advantage |
• | Self-motivated, team player and able to work under pressure |
• | Good in problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills |
• | Good in spoken and written English and Chinese |
Other Skills
• | Diploma or above with two years related working experience |
• | Good computer knowledge including MS Office applications and Chinese word processing |
• | Proficient in written and spoken Cantonese & English |
• | Work maturely, independently and good communication skills |
• | Organized, detail oriented, dynamic with strong sense of responsibility. |
• | Team player with helpful and cheerful personality |
