Freddie leads global finance, FP&A and taxation at Linnovate, overseeing its operations across its international offices. With more than 25 years of experience across the full spectrum of finance functions – including financial management, advisory, corporate strategy, IPOs, and mergers & acquisitions, he brings deep expertise in guiding board level decisions and driving sustainable growth. He has also served as CFO and Head of Finance in listed companies, medium-sized enterprises and start-ups across various industries including technology, green sectors and funds, giving him a broad perspective on capital markets readiness and corporate transformation.  His background includes extensive audit experience, adding technical rigor to his leadership in finance.

He is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore, an ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant, an ordinary member of Singapore Institute of Directors and he is also an Accredited Director. Freddie holds a Bachelor’s in accountancy from Nanyang Technological University.

His ESG credentials include certification as an ISO 14064 GHG Accounting Lead Verifier and recognition as an ISCA Sustainability Professional, underscoring this strong awareness of sustainability risks and regulatory compliance.
