Responsibilities
| • | Responsible for FinTech project programming, including implementation and integration using C#, JavaScript, VBScript, and SQL. |
| • | Gather and analyze client requirements for solution implementation, customization, and optimization. |
| • | Collaborate with internal teams to define, test, and implement client-specific solutions. |
| • | Develop and deliver training sessions to clients, both onsite and offsite. |
| • | Provide technical support for internal and client-facing applications to ensure smooth operations. |
| • | Assist the sales team by presenting technical aspects of products and solutions to prospective clients. |
| • | Design and develop technical architecture and workflows to meet client needs. |
| • | Ensure software quality through testing, debugging, and adherence to best practices. |
| • | Monitor and resolve system performance issues and ensure compliance with industry standards. |
| • | Stay updated on new technologies and trends to enhance solutions and processes. |
Requirements
| • | 5 years + of proven and hands-on programming experience, preferably with a combination of software development experience and experience in the Finance or Private Equity sector are highly regarded. |
| • | Hands-on in IT projects, being a Business Analyst and Analyst Programmer. |
| • | Bachelor’s degree in computer studies, Systems Engineering or relevant disciplines. |
| • | Practical experience in Microsoft SQL Server (stored procedures, views). |
| • | Strong knowledge of the different development languages (e.g., C#, SQL, JavaScript, VBScript, etc.). |
| • | Strong organization, communication skills, and client-serving skills. |
| • | Able to work under pressure and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. |
| • | High integrity and accountability for proposing solutions, time management, and reporting back to management in a timely manner. |
