Assistant Project Manager, R&D, Shenzhen

Responsibilities

Lead and manage technology project teams to ensure the project deliverables are provided on time and fulfilling user requirements and service level requirements.
Conduct project tracking and control for the project, resolve project issues, apply quality control management, report project exception.
Working closely with business users and the technology team to manage the full project life cycle from end to end and driving project from initiation, budgeting, scoping, scheduling till delivery.
Manage the project fulfilment lifecycle from setting project deployment plan & schedule, budget control, resources assignment, identify business user acceptance criteria & testing plan, training and support, service level monitoring & deliver remediation plan, etc.
Maintain good relationships with clients.
Provide technical advice and consultancy service to internal and external clients.

Requirements

Degree holder preferably in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology/System, or other related discipline.
4+ years of IT related project management experience.
Experience in finance related industry and familiar with private equity fund administration software solutions (eFront, Investran and SMP etc.), ERP systems configuration / implementation would be highly advantageous.
