Linnovate Partners was proud to join the Income Eco Run 2023 held in Singapore last June 23 as part of the company’s commitment to promoting environmental sustainability. The annual event aims to raise awareness for environmental causes and promote eco-friendly practices in Singapore.
A team of 20 members from Linnovate Partners, along with their families, participated in the run that took place at Singapore Marina Barrage. Runners participated in a 3km to 21km race where Income matched a dollar to the Singapore Environment Council for every kilometer clocked.
The race featured a zero-waste initiative, which aimed to minimize waste generated during the event. It also focused on reducing single-use plastics, with the use of thermoplastic polyurethane cups to replace disposable ones, using smaller bibs to cut down on the number of materials used to produce them, and replacing printed certificates with electronic ones.
The Income Eco Run has been a popular event in Singapore since its inception in 2015. The event attracts thousands of participants, including running enthusiasts, families, and individuals who are passionate about environmental sustainability. Through the event, participants can run for a purpose and contribute to creating a more sustainable future.
