Linnovate Partners Volunteered at “My New Red Shoes”

Linnovate Partners California team recently participated in a fundraising event called “Shoe-Per-Bowl” organized by My New Red Shoes. The event aims to collect brand-new shoes for low-income children in the Bay Area. In addition to donating shoes to the cause, our team also volunteered their time to help unpack and sort the donated items for distribution.

My New Red Shoes is an organization that focuses on improving the quality of life and well-being of children and youth by reducing the impact of economic inequality in the communities they serve. Since 2006, they have helped more than 90,000 students in the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond. Their efforts include providing children with new and properly fitting shoes and clothing for school to instill a sense of normalcy, belonging, and confidence. They also connect youth to civic, educational, and leadership opportunities, while also providing support and resources to families through direct cash grants and connections.

Linnovate Partners’ support will help enable My New Red Shoes to provide new shoes to Bay Area students in need just in time for the start of the 2023 school year. To learn more about the important work of My New Red Shoes, you can visit the website at https://mynewredshoes.org/
