Cynthia Chen is the Associate Director of Linnovate, based in the Singapore office. A recognized leader in the alternative fund services industry, she brings over 15 years of experience across private equity, venture capital, and other alternative asset classes. She oversees the firm’s Singapore fund services platform and provides strategic operational direction, leading teams responsible for loan administration, fund administration, portfolio monitoring, client onboarding, valuation, reporting, and investor services.

Prior to joining Linnovate in 2021, Cynthia held senior positions with reputable and top‑tier operators in the asset servicing industry. Her strong foundation in accounting and client service, combined with her leadership experience, positions her as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders.

Cynthia completes her Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management, and a Master’s degree in Professional Accounting (MPAcc) from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law.
