Henry Lin is the Founder and CEO of Linnovate Partners and RAISE Technologies, which he established in 2016 to meet the growing demand for an integrated suite of service and technology solutions in the alternative investment industry.
Henry began his career in the UK as a software engineer, specializing in advanced technologies such as AR, IoT, Product Lifecycle Management, and Computer-Aided Design for industrial companies. From 2009 to 2016, he served as Managing Director at eFront, a leading technology solutions provider for alternative investment, which was acquired by BlackRock in 2019. In his role, Henry managed projects across the Middle East, Asia, and Greater China, advising clients and engaging with key stakeholders, including sovereign wealth funds, institutional investors, and fund managers.
In addition to his role at Linnovate Partners, Henry is an active committee member and speaker at global industry associations and conferences, where he shares his insights on alternative investments, technological advancements, and the future of asset servicing. He has delivered keynote addresses at numerous conferences and seminars, emphasizing the transformative potential of technology in private capital market.
