Alessio Polastri is the Director (Legal Compliance) of Linnovate Partners based in the Singapore office. Heading the legal and compliance teams in Singapore, Alessio is responsible for the daily legal tasks, merger and acquisition transactions as well as the regulatory and compliance matters of Linnovate Partners.

With more than 15 years in the legal industry accrued in leading international law firms, Alessio has been involved in multiple MA and finance transactions in South-East Asia and Europe prior to joining Linnovate Partners in 2024. He holds a Master’s degree in Corporate and Financial Legal Services from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Milan.
