Held last September 21, 2023, at the Marina Bay Sands in Singapore, the Singapore Venture Capital Association (SVCA) Annual Gala and Awards Dinner is a significant event in the region, recognizing outstanding achievements in venture capital and private equity. This year’s event brought together over 450 industry professionals to celebrate the industry’s achievements and network with like-minded senior professionals.
The gala event commenced with a welcome speech by Mr. Sunil Mishra, Chairman of the SVCA. The event culminated in the award presentation for Deal of the Year, Fundraise of the Year, Exit of the Year, and the ESG Award of Distinction, recognizing the recipients’ contributions to the venture capital and private equity sectors. One of the highlights of the gala is the launch of Hopeful Hearts Raffle presented by CDH Investments. With a minimal donation from the attendees, they stand a chance to win the evening’s grand prize of Screaming Eagle – The Flight 2019. All raffle donations will go directly to the SVCA’s charity beneficiary, Autism Resource Centre.
