Zaïn Madarun, FCCA, MSc (Professional Accountancy), is the Managing Director of Adansonia Management Services Limited, a position she has held since 2015. Under her leadership, Adansonia has evolved into a diversified and resilient corporate services group with an annual turnover of approximately USD 3.5 million, driven by a strong commitment to strategic growth, sound governance, operational excellence and innovation.

With over 18 years of experience in fund administration, corporate services and international business, Zaïn has held senior management roles at Maitland (Mauritius) Limited and Cim Fund Services. She brings extensive expertise in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, fund structures and cross-border business operations.

A Fellow of ACCA and holder of an MSc in Professional Accountancy from the University of London, Zaïn advises international clients on corporate structuring, governance and compliance, while driving technology adoption and process optimisation to enhance efficiency and client experience.
